Project description: Warm Roof Installation and Structural Reinforcing
Watertight installed a warm roof to the Copthorne Hotel in Oriental Parade. We also strengthened the buildings structure by reinforcing the purlins.
The hotel had to be kept operational during the 8 week project and the guests could not be disturbed so a lot of planning went into this project and application.
Installed walk way pads and fall arrest systems
