Typically this starts with cleaning concrete with a pressure blaster, followed by a visual inspection of cracks gaps breakages and loose areas. We remove damaged areas and expose and inspect the steel reinforcing.

• Rust is removed either mechanically or via sand blasting and a rust inhibitor is applied to the steel to rust proof and then a protective coating is applied. We then rebuild the concrete with concrete repair mortars and replaster to give a brand new finish. After all repair work is done the new and old are sealed to preserve. The sealer keeps out gas, water and dirt from getting into the concrete
• Smaller crack imperfections are usually dealt with via crack injection. Watertight can seal up and waterproof cracks in new concrete on construction site and fill up voids. Watertight can repair cracked paneling on site with crack injection technology
• After all repair work is done, the new and old are sealed to preserve.
