Watertight installed a flat warm roof over the top of the existing brownbuilt roof. Firstly using a filler to fill in the roof to make it flat. Then laying goldfoam insulation and geotechtile over the roof fastened into the roof using long screws and isoweld technology round washers, we then layed Sarnafil rubber membrane over the insulation which was mechanically fastened on to the roof by way of heat induction technology and magnets... the membrane was welded on the special washers underneath it.

Watertight used an industrial waterblaster to give roof area a complete clean and bleach before undertaking work due to high food safety considerations. We then undertook the demolution of some roofing tiles and installation of plywood over the roof penetrations to give the roof a flatter surface.

​​Watertight installed a mechanically fixed sarnafil membrane over the failed butynol roof as well as detailing around and under pipe penetrations in the roof, we raised and suspended the air conditioning units using scaffolding allowing us to waterproof below the units.
