​Watetight was contracted to do everything within the  waterproofing spectrum throughout the construction of the high finish office block at 151 Victoria Street for Mansons TCLM. From the work done on the Courier post building to the basement, the roof and all the finishing touches.

• Various types of liquid membranes (epoxy's polyurethane, bitumen and cement based) applied on site to suit different situations. Sikalastic, liquid and fiberglass roof waterproofing systems were used over failing membrane on neighbouring Courier post building, as well as over new concrete and plywood substrates on site. Sika balcony systems with sand broadcast overused, applied in situations as well, such as under tiles on the podium entrance area.
• Watertight used Sika Firerate PU sealant to seal the concrete panels between the courier post building and the new building to prevent the spread of fire. We used Sika AT Facade to joint between the precast panels both above and below ground.
• Sarnafil membrane used under floating tiles on main podium decks, glued onto plywood internal guttering on the roof, and mechanically fastened into plywood roof deck. Sarnametal used for flashing details on the job around roofing penetrations. 2500m2.
• Below ground waterproofing.... sika bentonite (approx  8000m2) used to wrap entire basement area, floor and up the walls three story's to ground level. waterstops used in conjunction with bentonite and between cold joints in concrete pours (Sikaswell).
