​GHD Center, Napier Street, Auckland 

​Watertight was the specialist waterproofing contractor in the construction of the GHD Centre in Napier Street. Watertight used SikaProof bentonite to wrap the foundations, the bottom basement floor and up the precast walls of the GHD centre, 1900m2 used.

• ​Sika Sarnafil high performance rubber membrane  was used in a big way in many different situations over the course of the build. 1600m2 membrane used.
• Membrane on the decks and podium areas. The projects outside concrete areas are all waterproofed with sika sarnafil mechanically fixed to the concrete and then covered by a floating platform system
• Membrane on the roof. The topmost roof of the building is primarily a sika saranfil flat roof - the exposed parapet walls and internal guttering of the bigger metal roof is Sarnafil fully adhered to the plywood substrate.
• Watertight used SIka Sarnafils PVC roof membrane for planters and green roofs inside the planter boxes at the main entrance to the building
