Mike and Ken have acquired over 50 years’ experience between them in the industry.

Watertight have an experienced team of over 40, and focus on Civil, Commercial and large residential waterproofing projects In New Zealand and the pacific islands.

Building our Team

Here at Watertight the Waterproofing People we believe in creating skilled competent staff from within our own company. All our staff have completed or are in process of completing their NZQA qualifications or are LPB’S. Watertight has been a nominee and won the RANZ Roofing training company off the year. We works closely with organizations like Skills, Vertical Horizons, Construct Safe, Safety ‘n Action and Site Safe creating safer more knowledgeable staff on all levels of our business.

Watertight’s health and safety plan is ever evolving. Our team have multiple levels of training in all fields of health and safety.

Site App Pro is more than just a workplace safety app for construction businesses, it provides a range of different features that can help to keep our workers safe and ensure that we meet our health and safety requirements.

Site App Pro gives us peace of mind that staff working out in the field are meeting their workplace health and safety compliance requirements, without taking up extra time from teams on site.

Site App Pro prompts our field team to identify and list hazards for each Job/Task that they start on their tablet or smartphone. If new hazards are identified in the field then they can be added to the task on their device. When the field team identify and register a hazard they can also record risk level and action control measures.
