Crack Injection Solutions
Precision sealing and structural repair of concrete cracks using epoxy and polyurethane systems—stopping leaks and restoring integrity.

Crack Injection is a specialized repair method used to seal and structurally reinforce cracks in concrete. Typically performed using epoxy or polyurethane resins, this process restores the integrity of the structure and prevents water ingress. Epoxy injection is used for dry, structural cracks to re-bond the concrete, while polyurethane injection is ideal for active leaks, as it expands to seal against moisture. This technique is commonly applied in water reservoirs, basements, tunnels, and retaining walls.

Below is a before-and-after shot of our polyurethane crack injection system, carried out 70 metres below ground and in challenging conditions. This method effectively sealed active water ingress in a harsh, pressurized environment—demonstrating the strength and reliability of our injection solutions under extreme conditions.
